Description
The World Is On Fire! 2017 was amongst one of the three hottest years on record. If countries work together to keep warming to 1.5°C, there will be shorter heat waves, less drought and fewer wildfires. House of A chose the theme "Wildfire" as it can be an extremely beautiful sight yet very deadly and destructive. Our intent is to portray fire as the beautiful element that it is, yet bring awareness to the dangers of extreme weather and human error that lead to fire destruction. Forests trap carbon as they grow. If we sustain our forests, it will help in the fight against climate change.
