Hello! The experience of flying with British Airways SFO Terminal was pleasantly surprising. I was given a nice welcome by the staff, who also patiently answered my inquiries regarding baggage. The quiet, comfortable lounge area was a wonderful place to read. Overall, the pre-flight experience was easy and comfortable; the only thing I would change is the number of charging stations.
