The British Airways JFK Terminal check-in procedure was easy and convenient, in my opinion. There were many easy-to-use self-service kiosks in Terminal 1, and friendly employees were there to help. The lines went fast, even with a moderate crowd. There was a serene environment prior to security because the check-in room was tidy and well-lit. Because the directions and signage were so clear, I felt well-prepared for my trip. It was one of the simplest foreign check-ins I've ever had, and British Airways has obviously streamlined operations at JFK.
