*E.P.I.C Carnival is not reasonable for alterations. Costumes are ordered to size provided.
*All costumes Must be collected During Collection period unless other arrangements were made and approved by band and section leader.
*Person collecting costume must show Id, if someone else is picking up costume must show copy of masqueraders id, no exceptions
*Final Payments is due prior to distribution day. No cash will be accepted on pick up day.
