Durham Carifest is proud to present: Cari- Praise A Call to Worship: A Praise and Worship Extravaganza. Durham Carifest is the largest outdoor celebration of Caribbean arts and culture in Durham Ontario. The Durham Region has a strong and vibrant Caribbean Community. As such, we are excited to bring to you two family friendly events planned in celebration of Caribbean Culture. Our premiere Caribbean festival, Durham Carifest at Ajax Downs - and A Call to Worship: A Praise and Worship Extravaganza. This annual celebration showcases a fusion of modern praise and worship music fused with traditional musical influences from Africa and the Caribbean.
A Call to Worship is a night for everyone, we welcome family and friends, those of the Christian faith or not, to join with us in fellowship as we worship through a variety of musical styles; such as, reggae, soca, African beats, modern praise and traditional hymns. Experience the life changing message of the gospel, through music. Please come and join us with a heart open to worship and humbled in prayer.
