Costumes are encouraged and are mandatory. Costume restrictions are listed below:

• No artificial or real weapons of any kind will be allowed as part of a costume. 
• Face coverings or face masks which are not part of a full costume are not considered acceptable. 
• Sports jerseys without full uniform or further costume details are not considered acceptable.
