Description
Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida presents the International Young Dancers Festival 2017. The Festival will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida. Participants include all four founding member companies: Odense City Ballet (Denmark), Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida; The Tanz Ensemble - Ballet Fouette (Poland); the Ballet Pirouette (Germany). Additional invited companies that will participate are coming from Mexico, South Africa, Japan, ENS Ballet of Lima (Peru ), Marlupi Dance ( Indonesia) , France and Spain.
The groups will present Ballet, Character Dance, Folkloric Dance, Modern and Contemporary Dance, and it will feature an original choreographic work created in collaboration with several of the international choreographers performed by principal dancers from each company of each country as the main piece showcasing the international exchange purpose of the Festival
