Are food and drinks available for purchase? There will be no food sold on board. However, drinks will be available for purchase at our fully licensed bar.

What is the difference in ticket prices? Ticket prices are based on tiered pricing, meaning the earlier you buy, the more you save. All tickets provide the same access to the event.

Is there a dress code? Clubbing Attire is highly encouraged for the ultimate summer vibe, but it is not mandatory. Guests are welcome to dress as they feel comfortable.

Is the boat heated? Yes, the lower deck is heated, while the upper deck is open-air, providing fresh air and scenic views.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.

Identification and Entry Requirements

Fireworks Policy

Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.

Purchase Policy

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

Entry and Exit Policy

Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.
